Post-program cleanup

Program tasks

• Collect all evaluation instruments and deliver to Sky School campus office
• Verify all science equipment is checked in
• Charge radio batteries (if we had them)
• Ensure all plant phenology observations are submitted to National Phenology Network
• Ensure all animal observations are digitized or submitted to Madrean DB
• Post photographs to facebook page

Clean up

• Check that all common areas are clean and all equipment and personal belongings picked up--MN building, Learning Center, kitchen, Army Tower, domes
• Check dorms--all personal belongings taken, rooms cleaned, any linens removed from beds and placed in hallway, thermostats all off, common areas/kitchen cleaned, bathrooms cleaned
• Perishable food removed from kitchen as needed (check with program leader to be sure it isn't going to be used for another program or public programs)
• All buildings must be locked, even if there are other people, such as custodial or Mountain Operations, on campus or in the buildings
